            It is passed over six years since our plant goes through the estimating procedure by American Petroleum Institute on conformance with API Q1 requirements.

            In October, 2008 a surveillance audit of our proppant facility’s quality management system on conformance with API Q1 Program requirements the eighth edition joined into the force since June 15, 2008 was performed.

            On the 23rd March, 2009 we received the following message from American Petroleum Institute, Washington: “We have completed our review of the surveillance audit performed at your facility and found your facility's quality management system in conformance with APIQR Program requirements. JSC "BOROVICHI REFRACTORIES PLANT", Mezhdunarodnaya 1, Borovichi, Novgorod Region 174411, Russian Federation will continue to be listed as a "Registered Organization" in APIQRJs Composite List with the following scope: Design and Manufacture of Ceramic Proppants for the Oil and Gas Industries.”

            Only six Russian enterprises have the same certificates. American Petroleum Institute is an authoritative international body and its estimation is very important for both us and our customers – the largest oil companies. Thus this Certificate is a leading edge in a competitive environment.
